Title: Peanut Butter Chicken Wings

Yield: 8 Servings
50 Chicken wings; tips removed
24 oz (2 bottles) beer; not LITE
1 c Molasses
1/2 c Creamy peanut butter
1/2 c Fresh lemon juice
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c Prepared (yellow) mustard
1 ts Salt
2 tb Mexene chilli spice mix
1/2 c Chopped fresh parsley;
- garnish
2 Lemons; sliced thin; garnish
Set oven @ 450+|F/230+|C.
Line a large roasting pan with foil. Cut chicken wings
in half at the joint and place wings evenly in roasting
pan.
In a large, heavy saucepan, combine the beer, molasses,
peanut butter, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce,
mustard, salt and chilli mix.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer over low heat
about 15 minutes until sauce has reduced and thickened.
Pour sauce over chicken wings tossing to coat each wing.
Bake 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and rest 10 minutes.
Serve with Ranch or Bleu Cheese salad dressing as a dip.
