Same here, my wife is hispanic and she taught me to be a conservative after I was brainwashed by the left.
Most of the hispanics that I know are also conservatives also, however,

I would support the idea of sending out ballots by mail early. But to cast the vote, people would have to show up in person and identify themselves. It would make the lines at the polling places to faster if people just showed up to drop off their ballot.
I vote absentee... Florida has the best system... I call each election cycle to

with either the last 4 of my Social or my State ID... once I do that they mail

I don't see anything wrong with that. In this "purge," if you received the letter, you could respond and they'd not remove you. Several years ago (1980s), a Democrat administration tried something similar and it
was allowed. The difference with them is that if you got the letter,
you'd already been purged, and they said it would cost you $$$ to be reinstated.

I was under the impression that a lot of people who have good jobs in NYC commute in from outside the city. I am also thinking that Adams has started complaining about the migrant crisis and, although he hasn't pointed a finger directly at Biden, that they may be retaliating against him for even bringing it up.

My understanding is that I can vote in that north end area, even though I'm no
on their voter roles. It's supposed to balance out. One extra vote in the north end, but one less vote in the south end and that at some point, someone is supposed to verify that I am indeed on the voter roles and that my vote is valid.
