So, there are about to be a bunch of properties out there that are going to have negative equity... That is not the buyers fault... or the bank's fault... or the sellers fault... That is what they do here with property taxes. With state individual income, they will bill you for the taxes on whatever was underreported. It won't go to court unless you don't pay (for a long period of time),

I have had far more than four flights -- some for business and most for pleasure. The only alternate for some of those flights would be an
ocean liner taking months. Such a restriction would mean the death of

Trump supposedly got more votes in 2020, and lost, than he did in 2016. I honestly don't see that many more people voting for him.
