    Hello Shaun,

Not sure if you have already received this message. Hope it
reaches you this time around -

My body, my choice! / Her body, her choice!

What a strange tagline for someone who is so anti-choice...(o_O)

I feel like we've discussed this topic before, you and I...and
    you ma
very clear what you think of the 'pro-choice' stance...

There is room for clarification ...

    Not in your mind!

This is all just a misunderstanding.

At least, that's the impression you've given me!

There are two groups of people in this world. Those who are
pro-life and anti-death, and those who are pro-death and anti-life.
It is impossible to be both (at the same time).

From what you've said directly to me, anyone who says 'My body, my
    choice' is a murderer!

By definition, liberals are obliged to defend the rights of all
individuals, regardless of who those individuals are. Since life
begins at the moment of conception, that includes those tiny life
forms that inhabit the inside of a woman's body before it makes
its grand entrance into the world-at-large.

This obligation to defend the rights of individuals does not stop
when a newcomer arrives outside a woman's body, but continues until
    the moment of natural death.

Unfortunately, the state murders people in my name every time it
offs somebody - regardless of method used. This is usually done with
the approval of conservatives, who love to see folks fry, or gassed,
or shot, or put to sleep like cats and dogs, or by whatever means the
state finds necessary to make conservatives happy.

Therefore, by your own logic, that tagline makes you a murderer or, at the
    very least, a hypocrite...

Most residents on life row die of old age rather than murdered by
the state. You do realize those state executions make murderers of
us all, as everything the state does is in our name.

But at least I stand up to be counted, rather than sit around and
accept what the state does in my name. Quite unlike conservatives,
who pretend to dish out "justice" - even when everyone knows there
    is no justice in murder.

    So, which is it? (o_O)
Are you guilty of murder, or hypocracy?

I have a copy of a brief amicus submitted to the USSC to overturn
Roe v Wade by a very well-known liberal group (democrats for life).
Wouldn't that be a hoot if the USSC overturns Roe v Wade based on
arguments made by a group of liberals? It could become a landmark
case, decided by the USSC's newest member - KBJ.

Even more unfortunate, is what happened to the victims of the crimes. Republicans want to execute guilty people who killed innocent people, while Democrats are installing liberal DAs with a sick agenda to control
prosecution in our country by not prosecuting anybody (to destroy our safety) unless it's a prosecution that would be convenient for Mr Buxton.

Offing people in our name makes us just as guilty as those who do
the dirty deed. What form of "justice" do you call that?

There are no innocents in this world. While it might give some folks
a woodie to have somebody accused of having committed a violent act
executed, whether by the state or by one's own hand, it does nothing
    to solve the problem.

What makes us feel good emotionally we also know to be intellectually
wrong. Especially when it comes to matters concerning life and death.

When the mullahs in Iran urge the crowds to yell "Death to the Great
Satan!" the crowd always give the mullahs what they want. But when they actually meet the Great Satan, they always let him live, asking him to
    take them with him.

That is what we should do with all who are on life row. Let them out.
And remind them we have not forgotten what we believe in -

"I pledge allegiance, to the flag, of the United States of America,
and to the Republic, for which it stands, one nation, under God, with
    liberty, and justice, for all."

No cruel and unusual punishment for anybody. Ever.

It's unjust to not kill convicted killers.

What do you mean by "there are no innocents?" That sounds ridiculous to me.

That philosophy sounds flawed! I'd agree that acting out of emotion is a mistake, and that acting with reason is more wise.

The main reason I want killers to be executed by the state is: to discourage others from committing murders.

There are no innocents in this world. While it might give some folks

The other problem with what you're saying is that we want to kill people who are "accused." That's not true; we're killing convicts, not suspects.

So far, more than 1000 migrants died along the US/Mexico border during Biden's anarchist regime. Cousin Jeff says "Biden didn't make that happen," but oh
    yes, Biden *made that happen*

It's hypocritical to cry about convicted murderers being executed while, at
the same time, supporting a regime that encourages border deaths & suffering.

    Hello Aaron,

the dirty deed. What form of "justice" do you call that?

It's unjust to not kill convicted killers.

It is unjust to kill any person. Including "convicted killers" -
who may or may not be guilty.

There are no innocents in this world. While it might give some folks
a woodie to have somebody accused of having committed a violent act

What do you mean by "there are no innocents?" That sounds ridiculous to me.

The state executing an individual is state-sponsored terrorism -
an act of murder in my name. That makes us all guilty, both you and
    me, brother.

What makes us feel good emotionally we also know to be intellectually
wrong. Especially when it comes to matters concerning life and death.

    That philosophy sounds flawed!

We have an electric chair in Louisiana, known as "Gruesome Gertie".
She hasn't been used in a while, but is still maintained and may be
used in the future for some lucky souls on life row.

Years ago, a young fellow was put into the chair and given the juice.
Somehow, he survived. A number of appeals followed, his lawyers trying
to set him free on grounds of "cruel and unusual punishment". But the
state refused to listen and had him strapped down again, making sure
"Gruesome Gertie" had enough juice flowing to do the job right.

South Carolina recently updated its death row policy by adding a
firing squad as an option for those on life row. The default is the
electric chair. With lethal injection an option if a suitable drug
can be found to do the job.

Personally, I think the guillotine would be the best method. It was
invented a doctor, and is supposed to be pain free. The cost of
maintenance is also low, as the blade can be re-used for an eternity.
Although one might have to add a bit of household oil to make sure
the blade slides down without a hitch so as to chop off the head.

I'd agree that acting out of emotion is a mistake, and that acting with reason is more wise.

Superman doesn't kill. Or didn't until recently. And Mr Spock acting
out of emotion only happened once, while on a strange planet when he
fell in love with a flower.

The main reason I want killers to be executed by the state is: to discourage
    others from committing murders.

Those who are on life row are a threat to nobody, as they are being
held at maximum security prisons. Since they pose no threat to anyone,
there is no reason for the state to execute them.

There are no innocents in this world. While it might give some folks
a woodie to have somebody accused of having committed a violent act

The other problem with what you're saying is that we want to kill people who
are "accused." That's not true; we're killing convicts, not suspects.

Several people on life row have been released due to errors found
in their cases. Innocent people having been convicted and sentenced
to die, for crimes they did not commit. How does that make you feel?

Yes, mistakes happen. Sometimes big mistakes. Since we (society) have
the means to protect ourselves from those who might harm us by locking
them up in prison for the rest of their lives, there is no need to
take a chance on making a mistake.

So far, more than 1000 migrants died along the US/Mexico border during Biden's anarchist regime.

Border Patrol takes care of our borders regardless of who is president.

Cousin Jeff says "Biden didn't make that happen," but oh yes, Biden *made that happen*

I do see the Biden administration as having success putting families
back together again after Trump's mad "zero tolerance" policy.

It's hypocritical to cry about convicted murderers being executed while, at
the same time, supporting a regime that encourages border deaths & suffering.

Nobody is encouraging border deaths and suffering.

"Revenge is a dish best served cold" is a proverb among Klingons.
But not even Worf was willing to go that for with Jean-Luc Picard.

"Fly like a butterfly, sting like a bee!"
    ~ Muhammad Ali

One punch, and you would have been out like a light.

But when we're under the spell of the leftist media, we actually want to let
the murderers go free, and we'll even fight for their voting rights.

Those who have done their time should have all their voting rights
restored. They have paid their debt to society, and deserve to be
treated as equals. US Senator Bernie Sanders says we should do more
by allowing them to vote while still incarcerated. Makes sense to
    me.

Canadians are a different kind of people. They're easier to subjugate, kinda

The last time the USA tried to subjugate Canadians (by burning down
Toronto), Canadians retaliated by burning down Washington, DC.
