O'Connor claims, because she read through the court documents AG Garland knew, or should have known, that not making the prosecution team a special council guaranteed that they couldn't prosecute Hunter.... As you have to charge people in the districts where the crimes were committed. And DC and California weren't going to let them press charges there.
She claimed that if the prospector Weiss had special prospector status there'd be the same documents that were generated when they made Mueller special prosecutor... and there are no such documents.
She didn't go as far to say Garland is corrupt.... apparently he could just be an idiot.
