See above. Tucker got ~64,000,000 views in less than a day on his 1st post... CNN cannot pull in more than ~400,000 views during prime-time. CNN CEO just step down because their ratings suck. What CNN et al. are finding out is that people are stepping out and going elsewhere to get what they think is a better product.

Technically, that small group of people can be held accountable when their masters are voted out, or when some members of the media (like Peter Doocy) call them out on their wild claims.

Individuals who present the news on the internet are even less accountable.
Who fires them when they lie? We can quit listening, I suppose and, if
they are doing it on YT or FB, they might get yanked (and maybe not for

I do not like the current road we are on, either, where the media no longer holds their reporters to the same standards that they used to. Outside of government regulation, which could be a dangerous path of its own, I am not sure how we ever get that back.

The only thing I can think of is to make the news half-hour/hour a non-commercial time, i.e. they cannot sell commercials for their shows,
which *might* at least free them from any entanglement with sponsors.

That would kill cable news networks, though.

The problem is that their masters were never voted in - and I'm not talking about the voter fraud. Their masters are NOT the clowns that we see in Congress.

Viva (David) moved to the United States, Florida, in anticipation of this. He was fortunate to be able to take his family to freedom. Viva's current pod-casts are now 50/50 with Canadian content and US... He's living the life in Florida. His pod-casts usually run over 2 hours, but he later breaks them down on topics later... more manageable.

Canada has some other Dr. Jordan Peterson, a Psychologist, anti-woke advocate... and Gad Saad... moved from Lebanon as a refugee... Came to Canada in 1975 to escape antisemitism in the area... Gad is thinking of leaving Canada because of what it's became under the Trudeau regime. Glad Saad also has a Youtube channel.

Canada was the country who discovered insulin. Has the most people per capita attending University... and they voted in, and re-voted in I might add, a globalist into power that wants to destroy the country.

Me too. I have been reading some things here and there about what is going
on in some other European countries where they seem to be turning away from
the globalism. Here is one example. Poland has always had issues with

I would think it was a requirement to give credit if the story was not
theirs.

your audience. There were a lot of "shout you down" leftists even then.

Like she was in someway responsible in sending men in to war where they might actually die. The world is at war, and she was talking about loosing sleep over apparent irrelevance in the scheme of things. Her talk was the straw the broke the camels back... I turned away from my thinking.... Gave up Bud Light and started drinking Rum only and became hard core Conservative.

It should be, but I am not sure that it is always followed. What I have
often heard is something like "NYT reports, but NBC has not independently confirmed". But once NBC "confirms" (probably through the same sources
that NYT had), they would drop that phrase in their subsequent

irrelevance in the scheme of things.

Bush41 was a terrible president, and everybody knew it. Even let
Saddam Hussein remain in power, choosing to withdraw US troops from
Iraq after having pushed Iraqi troops out of Kuwait. But it was the
economy at home that did him in, his inability to count the numbers.

I don't follow Canadian news like I do the US. I you're right it is illegal for not towing the line on the current narrative. Dr. Jordan Peterson may be loosing his Psychology license because he doesn't buy in to the woke agenda. People, not clients, complained to the licensing board saying he was insensitive... They are thinking of pulling Dr. Peterson's license to practice ... He doesn't actively practice anymore... for children. Boys can use the boys room. Girls can use the girls
room. But trans have to go to the principal's office to use what
used to be the principal's room. Why is that? Maybe we are all

I went to University in the late 1980s - early 1990s. Whether or not you could openly debate depended on where you were and whether or not you knew your audience. There were a lot of "shout you down" leftists even then.

I went at the same time, but it was a University that focused on technical things - where the Woke finds it harder to get a hold because performance is required and standards can't be lowered (spending all that money for a mechanical engineering degree is worthless unless you can pass the certification exam).

There is a lot to be said of places where performance and standards are required. Probably graduates more competent people than most "liberal arts colleges."

That's primarily where I saw the Elitism. The college I went to was geared toward engineering, computer science, etc. yet many in the English Dept seems to think that they were the most important.

Probably the only department where they could get away with it. :)
