I was listening to a video the other day... WolvesAndFinance is the author, he was the guy who did Barry's birth certificate.

Anyway, he did a video on Trump's VP pick... I didn't necessarily like his pick, he said Sarah Huckabee Sanders... I think she said she's committed to being the Governor of Arkansas... Maybe that's something you say when you're asked about being a VP.

Anyway... It's what he said to eliminate a few of them I was stuck on...

Vivek Ramaswamy, Kikki Clinton and Tulsi Gabbard because of how and or where they were born...

Both Vivek and Nikki, though born in the continental their parents weren't US citizens at the time of their births... Both Nikki's parents became US citizens after her birth. Only Vivek's mother became a citizen whereas his father still remains a green card holder. I forget why he was talking about Tulsi... Maybe her father was in the military and it was a John McCain like issue where he was born on a US military base while he was diploid... I Googled her and it looks like she was born in Hawaii... Maybe it's because she wasn't born on the continental US... Tulsi is not the important one... it's the other 2.

He refereed to Vivek and Nikki as anchor babies... I would not of called them that. Both people parents were here legally and both were born in the US. Constitution says they are citizens... But where it got fuzzy was what is meant by naturally born... In my mind I heard they were able to be... but then he gave his reasoning...

BTW, I have a daughter who was born in the Dominican Republic... and it's my understanding she might not be able to be president...

Here's what he said that made me think... The Democrats will argue that these people do not meet the criteria of "Naturally Born" and as a result they can't be on the ticket and as a result should be taken off the ballot.

There won't be time to clear the issue up before the election... If the current state of affairs are anything like what the Democrats are capable of doing he made a reasonable argument...

This must mean something... Congress passed a law saying John McCain was "Naturally Born" ... Congress got involved... John was picked by the political class to run as a Republican... whereas Vivek is an outsider like Trump...

I'm still rooting for Elise Stefanik or MTG... As DEI picks they are the best...

I always looked at the anchor baby things as an illegal immigrant thing... If you were here legally as were Vivek and Nikki's parents I never saw them as anchors. Anyway... I know some dreamers... I see some of the arguments... I couldn't imagine being raised in a country... and it's all you know... and you might get deported because your parents brought you to the US illegally.

In fact it should be a law that all people who enter the US illegally are disqualified to be citizens.... automatically deported and all appeals are dealt with in the country of origin.

BTW... There is something similar in Canada.... In 2009 there was a major change in citizenship policy in Canada.... If you were born out of the country to a Canadian citizen parent you may be a Canadian citizen but your children aren't... unless they are born in Canada.... This is the case for my daughter who was born in 2010. Unless she has her babies in Canada they aren't automatically Canadian, where as her US citizenship is eternal...

I think that's where it started. Pregnant women illegally entering the country (even going so far as to sneak into our embassy in their country) to have a kid so they could blaim American citizenship. But I believe that they closed that loophole.

I'm uncertain on the rules of someone here on, say, a work visa or such (i.e. not something permanent). But I would guess their children wouldn't be citizens.

I believe that someone who legally emmigrated, but not naturalized yet, their child would not be a citizen automatically. But once the parents became citizens, I think their children automatically get citizenship.

Anyway, that's what makes sense to me. But when the Elitists get in charge, it's Clown World and nothing makes sense.
