The only reason there is just one candidate is that the RCs as a
group mostly ignored the call for nominations, both here and via
NetMail.
I've been personally more
concerned with the at least 2 ballots that arrived at 1:320/119 but
not at 1:320/219 (until I rescanned the echo from 1:320/119 to
1:320/219.) Apparently either SEEN-BYs are getting 320/219 added
where it shouldn't be, or (more likely) there is/are a packet or
packets that has/haven't been received by 1:320/219.
I remember that in last year's election you also had some issue like this...
