Without the MSGID, Aftershock is unable to generate a REPLY kludge.
While I would say that the missing MSGID is annoying for this reason alone, I would add that totally refusing to reply is a bit harsh as a punishment.
When you try to reply you get: "Message has no MSGID kludge. This case is not yet supported".
I suppose that this "bug" may be fixed some day.
There's a workaround, however. This happens when you tap on the message with no MSGID from the echo's message list. However, if the previous message you viewed did have MSGID, and then you move (swipe to) the one without MSGID (without going back to the list), it lets you reply.
