Missing chr(13) after the TZUTC kludge -- the first words of what you wrote are hidden in the kludge line.

The value of the TZUTC must not have a colon, it should be "-0600".

It would be nice if your messages had a MSGID kludge, like the one you posted the other day (02 Mar 2023 14:49, MSGID: 1:19/40 1A7D89E2).

Better. Now there's a MSGID, and your TZUTC has a CR at the end of the line, so your text is visible.

But the value of TZUTC should be -0600, not -06:00 (see FTS-4008, http://ftsc.org/docs/fts-4008.002)

Also, as this was a reply, it would be nice if you inserted a REPLY kludge, as Michiel suggested (see FTS-9, http://ftsc.org/docs/fts-0009.001)

Think I fixed it. The tosser sql was not pulling the reply kludge from the DB. This should fix it. Please post my kludges.
