    indeed! Sometimes I notice a slight delay when gating from Telegram to BBS, but it is minimal.

    Why you can't reread, edit or even delete message _before_ sending it by telegram? ;)

    Well, Telegram is different, right? It is supposedly for instant communication - many people is used to send first and edit later if needed.

    But I agree that when gating it to regular Fido, it is not efficient to send both original and edited messages

    In Russian there is a saying "a word is not a sparrow, if it flies out, you won't catch it." This accurately characterizes Fido. What has been sent cannot be changed.
