"This is great for parties at work or an appetizer at a
dinner party. It doesn't really stink, by the way, it's
just what my family always called it."

    Title: Herman Reunion Cheese Ball
Categories: Cheese, Nuts, Herbs, Snacks, Chilies
    Yield: 12 Servings

    24 oz Cream cheese; softened
    1/2 ts Minced garlic
    1 tb Worcestershire sauce
    1 tb Hot pepper sauce
    1 lb Shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c Pecans; coarse chopped
    1/4 c Chopped fresh parsley

In an electric food processor or blender, combine cream
cheese, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and hot pepper
sauce. Blend well. Add Cheddar cheese and process until
the Cheddar is fine, but still very visible. Shape the
mixture into balls or logs. Wrap individually in plastic
wrap and place in the freezer.

While the balls are in the freezer, combine the ground
pecans and parsley in a shallow bowl. Remove the balls
from the freezer and roll them in the pecan and parsley
