Those ones were sliced breast meat with cranberry sauce, but dark
meat with chesse and mustard is nice too. And then there's always
turkey salad with celery, onion and mayo.

All good! :) I'm going to break down and buy a turkey breast and
cook it up. lol

We used to buy turkey breast near Thanksgiving when they were on sale.
As a couple, there was no way we would finish the whole thing. We
would roast it all, then debone one breast section and freeze it. We
had a full meal from the other half plus several sandwich meals. My
wife only had Hellmans Mayo on hers, but I had to have cranberry jelly with all turkey, including sandwiches. The bones went into making
stock for soup along with trims of the lesser parts of the white meat.
