Aquafaba from 1 can of
-drained chickpeas
2 tb Cocoa powder
2 tb Date syrup
2 ts Vanilla extract
Whip aquafaba, cocoa powder, date syrup, and vanilla extract with an
electric mixer until stiff peaks form in the aquafaba like whip
cream. It should take about 15 minutes.
It freezes very well and makes an indulgent ice cream like frozen
dessert.
