    Hi,
does anyone know what happens to file attachments when they arrive in Aftershock?
Both when one is sent via routed Netmail and when a Freq is done.

    thank you
    John

Check into Android/data/com.asvcorp.aftershock path on your device there you have the AfterShock directorys where what holds all messages etc...

I think you should found the files there....

    Greetings,
    Rudi

you cannot send files via *routed* netmail unless /ALL/ systems in the routing path allow it... the file will get left behind on some system that does not forward files to the next hop along with the netmail message...

in short, you should send all file attaches directly to the destination system if you expect them to arrive...

True enough. I guess I used the terminology incorrectly. I maybe should have said "crash Netmail" because what I meant was the Netmail was routed directly to my system and not passed around via various other systems.

    All the best

ahhh, ok... "direct netmail" would be better, though... "crash" simply means the message goes as soon as possible... like "immediate" means the message goes right now (instead of waiting to be qualified for sending later like some mailers do)...
