    SPAMCop is offline and every domain lookup up on its blacklist comes
    back as positive. Synchronet uses bl.spamcop.net by default.

    You'll want to disable SPAMCop on Synchronet server if you want to
    receive SMTP mail.

    From Wikipedia:

    As of Sun 31 Jan 2021 10:31:56 UTC 2021, the domain and all sub-domains
    of spamcop.net resolve to a domain parking service (Sedo Domain Parking).

    According to whois of the domain spamcop.net, it appears that the domain
    has expired and not renewed.
