    Tony,

Oh I do those too, but evening for me is time in together. :)

I do the QCWA CQ100 Net at 11am Eastern Time on Friday...but any other daytime nets are checkin by choice.

Shoulder pain (arthritis) and a nature call woke me. So, I took an
Ibuprofen, and am doing the QWK Mail real quick, while I wait for it to
kick in. We've got dense fog out there this morning from all the rain,
so there's no point in going out until midday.

Hmm, OK. Still, the US seems to be taking it more casually for the number of V>cases compared to here. But for us, there's optimism that our stance may pay V>off, and that restrictions may be eased by mid-late May, and that near normal V>domestic activity could occur relatively soon. International travel will tak V>a LOT longer to return, and any international travel for the next 12-18 month V>would likely require forced quarantine on return to Australia, possibly for u V>to 18 months.

Arkansas is doing seemingly better than other areas, though.

It stands for Digital Radio Enthusiasts...and the first word is in both acronyms. :P

    Hahaha :D

Talk about giving one the finger. :P

Well, severe weather and lightning keep me off the air.

This is the time of year with the most stable weather here. :)

More storms are forecast Wednesday into Thursday. Louisiana,
Mississippi, and Alabama, among other areas, were hammered again by
tornadoes, etc. overnight. One supercell near Pickwick, Mississippi, had doppler velocity winds of at least 150 mph...and apparently, there was a
    debris ball on radar.

Ahh cool. I did my usual 10AM checkin to the COVID-19 Isolation Net this morning on the link system, and got a local club net at 1PM on a local
    epeater.

Sunny here with a cool breeze.

Checked into the DRE net this morning...weather is much quieter in the
region today compared to yesterday. Portions of Oklahoma, Texas, and
Louisiana, were again slammed by tornadoes.

Sunny here with a cool breeze.

It'll be that here this afternoon, and over the weekend.

Arkansas is doing seemingly better than other areas, though.

I'll bet come July, we won't be able to buy a drop of rain.

That's the Digital Radio Enthusiasts Morning Net. I should have made
that clear...although checking into a net with pileups is a real PITA.

Pleasant day today, managed to get the lawns mown. :)

The grass has really grown here, for all the rain and storms we've
had here this spring. Some models are showing possible remnants of a
    tropical cyclone here next weekend.

    Hahaha :D

When I get the urge to clean, I lie down, until it goes away.
Then, I put "Get Well Soon" cards on the fireplace mantle, to
make it look like I've been ill, and haven't been cleaning. <G>

... Hey Dad, are we gonna stop for ice cream? Can we, huh?

I should've had ice cream cake and Dill Pickle potato chips.
But, you'd wonder about me eating pickles and ice cream. <G>

Still growing here, should be getting into the winter dormant phase, but I doubt that'll last long.
