    Excited most by: SDR, software defined radio, computers, sophisticated
    radio equipment that is easy to operate, and it performs better than the older radios.

    Advice to new or returning hams: you dont need to go out and purchase a brand new radio, focus on good antenna, and learn about local clubs and magazines.
