Title: Fourth Street Rose Rhubarb Pie

2 lg Eggs
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Flour
2 c Strawberries; sliced
2 c Rhubarb; in 1/2" chunks
1 9" Pie shell

1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Shortening
1/4 c Butter
pn Salt
3 tb Honey
3/4 c Flour
Set oven 425ºF/220ºC.
Whisk eggs in large bowl. Whisk in sugar and flour until
smooth. Set aside.
Cut rhubarb, fold into egg mixture with strawberries.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes, remove and reduce heat to 350ºF/175ºC.
Apply topping and bake for 40 minutes.
