    Title: Spicy Mustard Pork Chops
    Categories: Pork, Sauces
    Yield: 6 servings

    1/2 ts Garlic powder
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    1 c A-P flour
    1/2 c Spicy brown mustard
    6 (1/2" thick) boneless pork
    - chops
    1/4 c Oil

    In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, salt, and
    pepper. Place flour in a shallow dish.

    Spread mustard evenly on both sides of pork chops.
    Sprinkle with seasoning mixture, then dredge in flour.

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook
    pork chops 3 to 5 minutes per side, or until golden.
    Remove to a paper towel-lined plate, and serve
    immediately.

    Title: Sausage And Bean One Pot
    Categories: Beans, Vegetables, Pork, Herbs
    Yield: 5 servings

    1 md Onion; peeled, halved,
    Sliced
    1 cl Garlic; crushed
    1/2 lb Fresh Italian sausage
    1/2 lb Fully cooked smoked sausage;
    - sliced diagonally 1/2"
    16 oz Can cannellini beans; rinsed
    - drained
    16 oz Can chick peas; rinsed,
    - drained
    14 1/2 oz Can diced tomatoes;
    - undrained
    1 1/2 ts Italian seasoning
    1 c Chicken broth

    Coat a large saucepan with cooking spray; add onion and
    garlic, and cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes, just
    until the onion is softened.

    Remove Italian sausage from casing and add to saucepan.
    Cook, stirring, for 3 minutes. Add sliced smoked sausage
    and cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until Italian sausage is
    cooked through and no pink remains.

    Pour off drippings then stir in remaining ingredients.
    Mix gently, then cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 5
    minutes.

    Uncover and cook over medium-low heat for 5 to 10
    minutes to blend the flavors.
