    Title: What Chicken?!
    Categories: Five, Poultry, Citrus, Herbs
    Yield: 4 servings

    1/2 c Dijon mustard
    1/4 c Oil
    1/4 c Lemon juice
    1 ts Chopped fresh dill
    +=OR=+
    1/2 ts Dried dill
    1 1/2 lb Boned, skinned chicken
    - thighs or breast halves

    In a large bowl, combine mustard, oil, lemon juice, and
    dill. Add chicken, turning to coat completely; cover and
    chill about one hour.

    Coat a grill pan or skillet with cooking spray and heat
    over medium heat until hot. Place chicken on pan;
    discard excess marinade.

    Cook 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until chicken is no
    longer pink.

    Title: Cozy Beef Stew
    Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Potatoes
    Yield: 4 servings

    2 tb Oil
    2 1/2 lb Beef; trimmed, in 1" chunks
    1 lg Onion; coarse chopped
    1 Vl garlic; minced
    1/2 ts Black pepper
    30 oz (2 cans) mixed vegetables;
    - undrained
    15 oz Can whole potatoes; drained,
    - quartered, liquid reserved
    14 1/2 oz Can whole tomatoes; drained,
    - quartered, liquid reserved
    10 1/2 oz Can condensed beef broth

    In a soup pot, heat oil over high heat. Add beef, onion,
    garlic, and pepper, and cook 10 minutes, or until beef
    is browned, stirring frequently.

    Stir in remaining ingredients, including reserved
    liquids, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and
    cook 1 hour, or until beef is tender and a thick gravy
    has formed, stirring occasionally.
