Title: St. Timothy's Coffee Cake

Yield: 9 Servings
1 c Butter
2 c Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
2 lg Eggs
2 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 ts Cinnamon
1 c Nuts
1 c Golden raisins
1 c Sour cream
Cinnamon-sugar
Cream butter until light and fluffy. Add sugar gradually
and continue to cream. Blend in vanilla. Add eggs one at
a time, beating well after each.
Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add nuts and raisins and coat well. Add dry ingredients
to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream. Blend
well. The batter will look like whipped cream tinged with
honey.
Turn into greased and floured Bundt pan. Sprinkle with
cinnamon-sugar.
Bake in 350ºF/175ºC oven for 60 minutes or until the cake
is done. Leave in pan for at least 1 hour before turning
out. Turn out and sprinkle with more cinnamon-sugar.
