    WV has a "Golden Mountaineer" program for those 55 and up. One got a
    card (they applied for) where at participating businesses one usually got about 10 per cent off purchases.
    I used to see signs on doors all over the place for discounts on dining,
    etc.
    After I got my cards all those signs seemed to disappear. Haven't seen
    one in years.
