    Title: All-In-One Pork Chop Dinner
    Categories: Pork, Dairy, Potatoes, Sauces, Vegetables
    Yield: 4 servings

    1/3 c A-P flour
    1/2 ts Onion powder
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    1/2 c Buttermilk
    4 Pork loin chops
    4 tb Butter
    10 oz Pkg frozen broccoli & cheese
    - sauce
    16 oz Tub refrigerated mashed
    - potatoes

    In a shallow dish, combine flour, onion powder, salt,
    and pepper. Place buttermilk in another shallow dish.

    Dip pork chops in buttermilk, then in flour mixture,
    coating completely.

    In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add
    pork chops and cook 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until
    cooked through. Meanwhile, heat broccoli and cheese
    sauce and mashed potatoes according to their package
    Top pork chops with broccoli and cheese sauce and serve
    with mashed potatoes.

    Title: All-In-One Breakfast
    Categories: Vegetables, Potatoes, Dairy, Eggs, Cheese
    Yield: 4 servings

    4 tb Butter
    3/4 c Chopped onion
    1/2 c Chopped bell pepper
    2 Boiled or baked potatoes;
    - peeled, sliced
    6 lg Eggs
    2 tb Milk
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    1/3 c Grated Parmesan cheese

    In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add
    onions and peppers and saute about 5 minutes, or until
    onions are softened. Add potatoes and saute about 10
    minutes, or until mixture starts to brown.

    Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, beat eggs with milk, salt,
    and pepper. Pour egg mixture into skillet and sprinkle
    with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Stir gently 8 to 10
    minutes, or until eggs are set but not dry. Serve
    immediately.
