    Title: Carla's Sausage Cheese Balls
    Categories: Five, Appetisers, Pork, Cheese, Breads
    Yield: 12 Servings

    16 oz Bulk mild pork sausage
    16 oz Bulk hot pork sausage
    8 oz Shredded sharp Cheddar
    2 c Bisquick mix

    Set oven @ 400┬║F/205┬║C.

    Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

    Mix mild and hot sausage in a large bowl until evenly
    blended.

    Stir Cheddar cheese into sausage mixture.

    Mix biscuit baking mix into sausage mixture about 1/2 cup
    at a time until baking mix is moist.

    Roll meat mixture into 1 1/4" to 1 1/2" balls.

    Arrange meatballs on prepared baking sheet.

    Bake in the preheated oven until meatballs are no
    longer pink in the center and cheese is browned,
    about 20 minutes.

    Title: Cheese Ball Maximus
    Categories: Cheese, Snacks, Vegetables, Fruits, Herbs
    Yield: 6 servings

    8 oz Cream cheese; room temp
    1 sm Onion; fine chopped
    1/2 sm Bell pepper; fine chopped
    1 Rib celery; fine chopped
    1 sm Dill pickles; fine chopped
    4 oz Jar cherries; fine chopped,
    - drained
    1/2 ts Lemon pepper
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
    1 ts Parsley flakes
    8 oz Can crushed pineapple;
    - drained well, blotted very
    - well

    The key to this cheese ball is the prep.

    After finely chopping each item, please blot well with
    paper towel.

    You must do this or you will have a cheese dip.

    Pay close attention to blotting the cherries or you will
    have very pink cheese ball.

    Mix well and form into a ball and chill overnight.

    Roll in chopped pecans if desired.

    This is the best cheese ball ever, promise.
