That is a theory held by some, and not substantiated by evidence. In
fact Lee began posting here on 6-24-03 from Australia (3:800/432).
Since he was persona non grata from many US BBSes, he later landed at
Björn's BBS of 2:203/2.

Title: Skillet Corn And Chicken
Categories: D/g, Chicken, Boat
Yield: 4 servings

1 tb Margarine
4 Boneless, skinless chicken
-breast halves
1 cn Campbell 's Golden Corn
-soup
1/2 c Milk
2 c Broccoli flowerets
1 c Shredded cheddar cheese.
1/8 ts Pepper

Prep time:10 minute Cook time: 25 minute

In skillet, in hot margarine, cook chicken 10 min. or until browned.
Remove, set aside. Spoon off or pour off fat. Leave browned bits in
pan.

In skillet, combine remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Return
chicken to skillet.

Cover, cook over low heat 10 min. or until chicken is no longer pink
and broccoli is tender crisp. Stir often.

VARIATIONS to try --
use sour cream instead of milk.
add chili powder.
add salsa instead of milk.

Title: Karta
Categories: Five, Exotic
Yield: 2 Servings

100 g Karta (horse rectum)
Salt
Green pepper
+=OR=+
Dill

Not for the faint-hearted. The thick part of the rectum
is washed, without removing the fat, and then carefully
turned inside out so that the fat is inside. It's washed
once more and then tied up at both ends. Karta can be
dried or smoked.

To dry karta it is covered with fine salt and kept in a
cool place for 1-2 days, then dried out.

Karta needs to be smoked for 24 hours and then dried for
2-3 days. After washing it well karta is boiled for 2
hours on a slow fire.

It is served cut into rings and decorated with green
pepper or dill.
