    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Farmstyle Hamburger Stroganoff
    Categories: Beef, Pasta, Mushrooms, Vegetables, Dairy
    Yield: 4 servings

    1 lb Lean ground beef
    1 lg Onion; chopped
    1 ts Garlic powder
    1/4 ts Black pepper
    1/2 lb Fresh mushrooms; sliced
    10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c Sour cream
    1/2 lb Cooked egg noodles

    In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef
    and onion until meat is browned and onion is tender,
    stirring occasionally. Stir in garlic powder, pepper,
    and mushrooms and cook 3 minutes. Reduce heat to low and
    stir in soup. Simmer, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes, or
    until hot.

    Remove meat mixture from heat and stir in sour cream.
    Serve over hot noodles.

    Title: Cheesy Potato Tot Chicken
    Categories: Poultry, Potatoes, Cheese
    Yield: 4 servings

    3 c Tater Tots; thawed, broken
    - apart
    1 1/2 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 ts Salt; more for sprinkling
    1/8 ts Black pepper; more for
    - sprinkling
    2 lg Eggs
    4 Boned, skinned chicken
    - breast halves
    Cooking spray

    Set oven @ 425+|F/218+|C.

    Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.

    In a shallow dish, combine potatoes, cheddar cheese, 1/4
    teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper; mix well. In
    another shallow dish, beat eggs.

    Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, then dip
    into eggs. Place chicken into potato mixture, evenly
    coating on both sides and pressing mixture into chicken.
    Place on baking sheet and lightly spray with cooking
    spray.

    Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown and no
    longer pink in center.

    Title: Catfish 'n' Slaw
    Categories: Seafood, Vegetables, Fruits, Greens
    Yield: 4 servings

    3 c Coleslaw mix
    1/4 c Diced red bell pepper
    2 tb Chopped red onion
    8 oz Can crushed pineapple;
    - drained
    1 tb Sugar
    1/4 c Red wine vinegar
    1 tb Vegetable oil
    2 tb Butter
    4 tb Blackened seasoning
    4 (6 oz ea) catfish fillets

    In a medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix, bell pepper,
    onion, pineapple, sugar, vinegar, and oil; mix well and
    set aside.

    In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Sprinkle
    blackened seasoning evenly on both sides of fish and
    place in skillet. Cook 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until
    fish flakes easily with a fork; remove to a platter.

    Spoon coleslaw over fish and serve.

    Title: Farm Style Chicken
    Categories: Poultry, Vegetables
    Yield: 4 servings

    2 tb Olive oil
    3 1/2 lb Chicken; in 8 pieces
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Black pepper
    1 lg Bell pepper; diced
    1 lg Onion; diced
    2 cl Garlic; crushed
    10 oz Frozen peas

    Heat oil in a large skillet; season chicken with salt
    and pepper then add to skillet and brown on all sides

    Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

    Place green pepper, onion, and garlic in skillet and
    cook about 5 minutes, or until softened, stirring
    frequently.

    Return chicken to skillet, cover, and cook over
    medium-low heat for 45 to 50 minutes, stirring often.
    Gently stir in frozen peas and cook for 5 more minutes.
