3 c Dry roasted peanuts
1/2 c Water
1/4 c Hot pepper sauce **
ds Salt before dehydrating
145 degrees for 10 hours

I often pan fry peanuts briefly in a little oil with cayenne and
garlic powder, shaking the pan to toss the nuts until thoroughly
coated, then oven roast them at 225 F for a bit.

I think I'll try your method next time.
