    Title: Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
    Categories: Mushrooms, Pork, Breads, Cheese, Vegetables
    Yield: 16 servings

    16 lg Mushrooms
    1/2 sm Onion; minced
    1/4 c Chopped red bell pepper
    1/2 lb Ground Italian sausage
    2 tb Plain bread crumbs
    3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper

    Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.

    Remove mushroom stems from caps; finely chop the stems.

    In a large skillet, saute the chopped mushroom stems,
    the onion, bell pepper, and sausage over medium-high
    heat until the sausage is crumbled and browned. Remove
    from heat and stir in remaining ingredients; mix well
    then stuff each mushroom cap and place on a large rimmed
    baking sheet.

    Bake 20 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender.

    Title: Turtle Pie
    Categories: Five, Pastery, Nuts, Chocolate
    Yield: 8 servings

    23 oz Box brownie mix
    3/4 c Chopped pecans; divided
    1 (9") ready-to-bake deep dish
    - pie shell; thawed
    1/3 c Caramel topping

    Set the oven @ 350-|F/175-|C.

    In a large bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to
    the package directions. Stir in 1/2 cup of the pecans
    and pour into the pie crust.

    Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until a wooden toothpick
    inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 20
    minutes.

    Drizzle the caramel topping over the pie and sprinkle
    with the remaining pecans.
