Title: Brown Rice & Beans
Saved. I might add some crumbled sweet Italian sausage to it for me
but it looks delicious.
That call is right there - 4th line of the ingredients. I didn't specify
sweet or hot becausenot everyone like the zippy stuff as much as I. You
may have noticed the call for cayenne at the bottom of the ingredients.
That's optional. But, even with it and hot sausage used my friends and
I are liable to reach for the bottle of Cholula.

Title: Corn Chowder with Rice Beans, Chayote and Crab
Categories: Too, Hot, Tamales
Yield: 6 Servings
Here's a crab chowder recipe I made up for my brother and his bride to
use when out in the motorhome in the wilds of the NASCAR parking lot.
I've not had a report yet from Vicky but it's early days. You could also
make it at home using non-dessicated ingredients.
