    MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

    Title: Nuclear Fudge
    Categories: Candy, Chocolate, Dairy, Nuts
    Yield: 64 Pieces

    16 oz Confectioners' sugar
    1/2 c Cocoa powder
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/4 c Milk
    1/2 c Butter; in four pieces
    3/4 c Chopped nuts
    1 ts Vanilla extract
    1 tb Butter; as needed for dish

    Mix sugar, cocoa powder, and salt in a microwave-safe
    mixing bowl. Pour milk over the sugar mixture. Arrange
    butter pieces atop the mixture, but do not mix into it.

    Heat in microwave for 2 minutes. Stir the mixture
    thoroughly and heat for 1 minute more; stir again.

    Fold nuts into the chocolate mixture; add vanilla and
    stir.

    Grease an 8" glass baking dish with butter. Pour batter
    into the prepared dish.

    Place batter in freezer until set, about 20 minutes.

    CAPTAIN MIDNIGHT HACKS HBO SIGNAL: Satellite TV dealer John MacDougall,
    under the pseudonym "Captain Midnight," jams the broadcast signal of
    cable network HBO for a few minutes, replacing its programming with a
    protest message. The protest? HBO has scrambled its signal, forcing
    satellite TV customers to pay for HBO. MacDougall receives a $5,000
    fine and a year of probation.

    Title: Emmy-Azing T.V. Dinner
    Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Potatoes, Breads
    Yield: 8 servings

    2 lb Ground beef
    1 lg Egg
    1 c Plain bread crumbs
    1 md Onion diced
    1 1/4 c Ketchup
    1 ts Garlic powder
    Salt & pepper
    2 lb Red potatoes; halved
    1 1/2 c Baby carrots
    2 tb Olive oil

    Mix meat, egg, bread crumbs, onions, 1 cup ketchup,
    salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

    Place in a baking pan and form into a loaf.

    Top with remaining ketchup. Set aside.

    Toss potatoes, carrots, salt, & pepper with olive oil.

    Surround loaf with vegetables and bake @ 350ºF/175ºC for
    45-55 minutes.
